"Last morning..." is how my eldest, Elise, described anything in the past. Now, she's starting kindergarten and has no use for this phrase! I want to remember this, along with all of our stories, so I'm putting it here on Last Morning's Adventures. I hope you can either relate or get a laugh. :)

Party Like A 2 Year Old!

We always talk about the terrible 2s---especially in our house! You've gotta give them one thing, though. They definitely know how to have fun! My godson, Baby A, turned 2 in July, and wow! he can throw a party!

Seriously. Check out the *adult* contingent of the party....
Llllame!

I will say, however, there was a LOT of adult work put into having this little shindig!

And, Baby A was sure to love on Gramma Tonni for that amazing cake!

The cake *and* all of the fun was appreciated by all!---even the 5 year-old...
...who did NOT like being caught on camera!

Baby A especially appreciated the presents and referred to them as "My Birthday Party."

He even allowed some "help" with his Birthday Party.

*Some* help was better received than other...as you can tell by his expression, he can tolerate my little goober's misgivings...She is, afterall, a LOT of fun!! :)
The same is true about this boy's mama. She can forgive a lot of misgivings for certain people, especially when those people provide her with a LOT of laughs!
Brian, I was referring to MYSELF, not you! Yeesh!

And, did I say, she (and Baby A) throw one MEAN party!

  1. Those are so cute! I love that little boy's scowl when he discovered you were taking his picture. We must use all of our energy when we are young, because I'd be sitting over there with the boring adults too! Ha!
