"Last morning..." is how my eldest, Elise, described anything in the past. Now, she's starting kindergarten and has no use for this phrase! I want to remember this, along with all of our stories, so I'm putting it here on Last Morning's Adventures. I hope you can either relate or get a laugh. :)

Slow Down

Although I like to poke fun at myself for taking shortcuts with my second child, I do think I've learned some valuable parenting lessons over the years. For example, this picture that I took (with my SLR camera) was on her fourth day of school.
I really don't think she looks any different from her first day, do you? Oh, yeah. I forgot. You never saw her on her first day. Ha! :)
And, this $5 Walmart, self-monogrammed backpack: I don't think she could be any prouder. :)
School, schmool. Watch out world, here I come!Plus, her teacher gave me this last picture from her actual first day:My point is that we moms need to lighten up, slow down and enjoy these little snugglers---quick! before they're teenagers! :)
